You signify acceptance of our Terms of Service, as well as the policies of our Hosting Provider including Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Service Level Agreement, when you engage the services of MaintainMy.Website, and we have received payment and begin to provide those services to you.
All of our technical equipment is securely housed in ASX-listed NEXTDC data centres in Sydney or Melbourne.

You may cancel service at any time by contacting us and requesting cancellation of services.
Due to the cancel anytime nature of this agreement we shall not be compelled to issue a refund, pro-rated or otherwise. We do reserve the right to issue a refund on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
While our Hosting Provider will endeavour to provide continuous availability of all service(s) to you, we will not be liable for any service interruptions or down time that is not covered by a Service Level Agreement (where applicable).
We shall not be liable to you for harm caused by or related to your service(s) or inability to utilise the service(s) unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We shall not be liable to you for lost profits, direct or indirect, special or incidental, consequential or punitive; or damages of any kind whether or not they were known or should have been known.

In no event will we be liable to you for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential or economic loss whatsoever.
Web and email hosting is invoiced annually in advance from the date ordered with the hosting provider.
Generally one round of minor author’s alterations is included in the price unless otherwise stated. Author’s alterations are charged at $100+gst per hour and are incurred based on conflict with the original brief.
